  • Do you have a pet policy?
    We do not allow pets in our hotel.
  • Do you provide an airport shuttle?
    Yes, we can arrange transport from Ngurah Rai Airport to Ashva Swiss-Belresort with additional charge.
  • Is it possible to check in earlier?
    Early check-in is subject to availability.

Rooms

  • Can I connect to the Internet from my room?
    Yes, Free WIFI available in all resort area.
  • Do you have 24-hours room service?
    Our Room Service available from 7:00 AM until 22:00 PM
  • Is there any room deposit required?
    A deposit of IDR 1,000,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card or by cash. During your stay can use the deposit to pay your other expenses or if not, the deposit will be returned upon check out.
  • Are baby cots available?
    Yes, it is available and subject to availability

Restaurant

  • Does your hotel provide halal food?
    We don’t provide halal food but we do have pork-free food on our menu and upon request.

    Parking is available and free of charge for in-house guests at Ashva Swiss-Belresort
  • Is laundry or dry-cleaning service available at Ashva-Swiss-Belresort?
    Yes, we provides laundry and dry-cleaning services for an additional charge.
