I wanted to take this opportunity more formally to thank you and your team for looking after us so well during the two weeks or so when we were staying in our suite waiting for a flight back to the UK. What could have turned out to be a thoroughly unpleasant experience turned out to be just the opposite. We were very comfortable and the hotel’s location – near the New World supermarket and immediately opposite Victoria Park – was ideal, both for food shopping and for our many and varied daily recreational walks.

It was, however, you and your team who made the real difference. Without exception, your people were friendly and helpful; allowing us access to a PC in the office, for example, enabled us to manage our finances and to book our flights much more easily than if we had had to rely on our mobile phones. I have already emailed my thanks to Cathrin, Ami and Nicholas in the front office but we found everyone, including your housekeeping staff, equally helpful. It was thus with very mixed feelings that we opted to leave New Zealand for home. The only thing we could have wished for was a cafetiere!

I know this are difficult times for you and for your team but Gillian and I wanted to let you know what a great job you are all doing. I have also been in touch with Rebecca Gill from ID New Zealand (she recommended Swiss-belhotel in the first instance) so she knows how well we were treated and how highly we can recommend your establishment.

Good afternoon

Thank you so much for helping us organise our recent stay in Suite 802, during lockdown. We are so grateful for your understanding, flexibility and for the support you gave us during that challenging time.

The hotel is neat,clean and for the safety of covid19 plague there is no doubt, starting from the hand sanitize that is available in several palace and the staffs who maintain the hygiene and friendly when serving the food, especially for the ikhwan thank you very much for the excellence service and also friendly to me and my friends.

In this pandemic situation all staff very polite, friendly and hygiene. Wearing masks and sanitizer everywhere. We were staying here during the pandemic of covid-19, the hotel was clean, room was big and the foods were very good. Hotel Ciputra Jakarta
Long stay due to work, the hotel is really well located and clean, due to the covid some services were cut but the crew was extremely profesional always caring about us, lounge service recommended. Hope to be back soon.
