I wanted to take this opportunity more formally to thank you and your team for looking after us so well during the two weeks or so when we were staying in our suite waiting for a flight back to the UK. What could have turned out to be a thoroughly unpleasant experience turned out to be just the opposite. We were very comfortable and the hotel’s location – near the New World supermarket and immediately opposite Victoria Park – was ideal, both for food shopping and for our many and varied daily recreational walks.

It was, however, you and your team who made the real difference. Without exception, your people were friendly and helpful; allowing us access to a PC in the office, for example, enabled us to manage our finances and to book our flights much more easily than if we had had to rely on our mobile phones. I have already emailed my thanks to Cathrin, Ami and Nicholas in the front office but we found everyone, including your housekeeping staff, equally helpful. It was thus with very mixed feelings that we opted to leave New Zealand for home. The only thing we could have wished for was a cafetiere!

I know this are difficult times for you and for your team but Gillian and I wanted to let you know what a great job you are all doing. I have also been in touch with Rebecca Gill from ID New Zealand (she recommended Swiss-belhotel in the first instance) so she knows how well we were treated and how highly we can recommend your establishment.

Thank you so much for helping us organise our recent stay in Suite 802, during lockdown. We are so grateful for your understanding, flexibility and for the support you gave us during that challenging time.

Comfort during Covid!
I truly had a great time at Swiss-Belinn hotel for the last 4 months. Everybody from the General manager to the cleaners were amazing. They really helped me feel comfy and at ease during the lock down period of Covid 19.

The hotel itself is situated in a great location. The metro station is literally 1 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel itself serves great good food and i will miss the breakfast buffet!! Also, KFC, Nando, Hardees, McDonald's and many more local restaurants are all within a very close proximity.

I cant thank them enough for their hospitality. I will miss them but i will sure to be back asap! Thank you team Swiss Belinn!

Super 5 star service
I came to Indonesia from Hong Kong to do business. I have stayed in many hotels in Indonesia, but none of them have such dim sum service. So I recommend this hotel! When I checked in, Surabaya just had an epidemic, air and land were blocked. I was really troubled. I have been in this hotel for more than 2 months, but the hotel staff, caring for me from morning to night, made me feel like at home. I really want to thank every employee of this hotel! Among them are two staff, Front Office Manager (Amalia) and General Affair Manager (Ontho Kusumo), the service is super attentive! Worthy of praise!

I was stayed in Swiss-Belinn Airport hotel during this COVID 19 time. All staffs are using necessary PPE's. Social distancing marking done in elevator & lobby. All the floors in front of elevator & front desk they kept the sanitizer. The rooms size was little bigger than other airport Hotels. The rooms are well cleaned and properly maintained. The restaurant food was good and the price was reasonable. Friendly staffs. Good location. Its was a pleasant stay for me during the Pandemic situation .

Unforgettable experience staying at this hotel, nice rooms, strategic location and there is a swimming pool. Check in was fast with Fanny (reception) and got a free upgrade for my special day. Strategic location and easy to reach. To the right of the lobby, there is a minimarket, making it easier for guests to shop for food or drinks. Friendly staff, good service and of course always implement the health protocols recommended by the Government. Especially for Winda Siregar, who gave free room upgrades and a birthday cake. Really very memorable for me. Happy to stay at Swiss Belinn Kemayoran and hope to stay here again.

Swiss-Belboutique Yogyakarta
Spending 46 nights at the Swiss-Belboutique Yogyakarta Hotel would be the historical experience in my entire life. Starting just to try the Work from Hotel (WFH) package offered by the Swiss-Bell Hotel groups for 16 nights, it extended the other 30 nights because of the banned commercial flight of COVID-19. The hotel facilities, ambiance, and staff made the long-stay became an extraordinary event. It became my new lovely home and rejuvenated my spirit and mind, which previously filled by worries of pandemic disease. The room was so spacious, shiny, and clean. It has an impressive view of the Yogyakarta landscape. The pillows and beds are so comfortable, which can make you forget all your weary. You must try the Swiss-Bell's pillows menu. It offers six types of pillows based on your sleeping habit.

The staff is so helpful, from the front office (reception team) like Mr. Pipit, Mr. Ali, Mr. Andre, and Ms. Rifa, the restaurant team (i.e., Mr. Vallen, Mr. Emir, Mr. Andri, Ms. Resta, and the excellent chefs), the security team (Ms. Ari), and the housekeeping team. Even though there was only a la carte's breakfast during my stay, I could request any menus I wanted. You should ask Rawon Soup for your breakfast or meal. It is the best Rawon Soup in the town, and even it can beat the best Rawon Soup in Surabaya or Malang. Dilman's Blackcurrant Tea and soft-croissant should be your choice when you are enjoying your tea time. My regret is I could not experience the breakfast buffet during my stay as other guests had given testimonies or reviews. However, I strongly recommend this hotel for your unforgettable holiday or stay in Yogyakarta.

It was a great time stay there. They are really following health protocol due pandemic condition so it was very relax and comfort knowing that they take care of us. All areas provided with hand sanytizer and tissue. They also provided mask and hand gloves especially at restaurant area. I was both on vacation plus working at the same time and I can do all the works smoothly as they provided complete connection for electrical working tools. The cleanses of hotel was also awesome. Staffs very helpful and warm and all staffs there are following health protocol. They would not allow you to winter building or restaurant without wearing mask and if you don't have one, they will provide you. There was 1 staff at reception desk named Ali who was very nice. He checked with us what service needed, ensure that all my request provided and very warm and polite person.

Swiss-Belinn SKA Pekanbaru
Really love staying at this Hotel. I was staying for 3 nights. The staffs were so friendly and helpful, they care about the current pandemic situations and follow all the protocols. This hotel is beside the SKA Mall and across the Living World mall so you don’t need to be worry of lacking any things. The foods also good i really liked it. But the facilities can only be used on weekends due to the situation sadly.
