No, SBEC Benefits is completely free.

No, the program is not point based. Guests can instantly enjoy benefits once they are registered as members.

No minimum amount of transactions. We appreciate and reward every visit and transaction a member makes in SBI properties.

Yes, you can! A 3-month old invoice is valid to join the program or record a visit.

No, each person is entitled to one SBEC Benefits membership. SBI reserves the right to void any duplicate accounts.

You are welcome to use all your benefits in any SBI properties globally.

To avail discounts when booking your stay, please go to your member’s zone on sbec.swiss-belhotel.com, make the booking from the link provided there. For all other benefits, simply show your membership card to our hotel staff and enjoy the experience immediately.

No, SBEC Benefits can be availed by the member only or in the member's presence, unless stated otherwise. The membership is strictly non-transferable.

Up to 10 people if they are dining at the restaurant - excluding alcohol and the SBEC Member needs to be present.
Up to 40 people for events/banquets - excluding alcohol and the SBEC Member needs to be present.

No, alcohol is not included.



ABOUT MEMBERSHIP MILESTONE

Milestone is the threshold you reach based on your number of visits. Milestones are in 4 categories - Explorer (Red), Enthusiast (Silver), Influencer (Gold), Connoisseur (Platinum). Each milestone you reach, it will unlock more exciting benefits, available instantly for you to use.

Upgrade is calculated based on your recorded number of visits, whether it is to stay, dine or use any of the hotel managed paid services.

Make any transaction, whether it is to stay, dine or use any of the hotel managed paid services at any SBI property globally, and it will be recorded as a visit.

No, memberships and recorded visits are non-transferable and cannot be shared with family members, friends and others.

Members can check their status and visit records by logging in to the member's zone on sbec.swiss-belhotel.com.

Yes, the number of visits will be calculated annually, until the anniversary date of membership. Accumulated visits will be reset to zero at the anniversary of the membership. The current number of visits will determine the milestone on the renewal membership year.

Once you reach the Connoisseur milestone, you will remain at the level until the anniversary date of the membership. Simply make 50 visits before the membership anniversary date to continue enjoying all your Connoisseur benefits for another year.
