Do you provide laundry service in your hotel?

Yes, we provide laundry service in our hotel and additional charge applied.

Do you have rooms with a bathtub?

Yes, it is available at Deluxe and Suite Room.

Can baggage be stored at the hotel whilst I travel to another location in Indonesia?

Hotel guests can use the storage facility at Swiss-Belinn Airport Jakarta free of charge if they spend at least one night at the hotel. However, guests will be allowed to store the baggage whilst they travel to another location in Indonesia with certain limit time maximum 30 days.

Do you have inter-connecting rooms?

Yes, our inter connecting room is also for disabilities arrangement.

Is it possible to do late check-out?

Subject to availability for late check out up to 13:00. We provide late check out until 6pm at a surcharge of 50% from room rate and subject to availability.

Does Swiss-Belinn Airport provide free breakfast?

Yes, we do provide free breakfast inclusive room package. Complimentary basis applies for children at age up to 6 years old.

Can I use the spa area after checking-out ?

Yes, you may use the area located at first floor in the gym area.

Do you accept children without bed ?

The children up to 3 years old may not use extrabed.

Do you have a Baby Cot ?

Yes, we have. You can request in advance or call to our receptionist.

Do you have any food or pet restriction policy?

We regret animal and any food with strong scent e.g. durian are not allowed in the hotel.

Do you offer handicapped rooms ?

Yes, we have disability rooms with appropriate accessible equipment.

Do you offer non-smoking rooms?

We have 120 rooms for non-smoking available.

Do you provide free Wi-fi ?

Yes, we provide free Wi-Fi at Public Area and Lobby also on our room.

Does Swiss-Belinn Airport Jakarta guarantee my non-smoking room preference?

The non-smoking guarantee is a based-on availability at time of reservation. If a guest requests a non-smoking room at time of reservation and we are unable to honor the request at time of check-in, we will upgrade the room to the next non-smoking room category. In order to qualify for the guarantee, the non-smoking preference must be included within the reservation.

How far is the hotel from the downtown shopping areas?

The trendy Pantai Indah Kapuk, Pluit is only 20 minutes driving distance away from our hotel.

How far is the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport from the hotel ?

It approximately takes 15-20 minutes by driving to the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport from the hotel.

How much does it cost for additional breakfast?

The costs for additional breakfast IDR 130.000net/person.

If we would check-out early morning, could I get a breakfast ?

We will be provided Breakfast box for guest who will be check-out early morning.

Is there a risk when I put my credit card number on your site ?

No, our site is secured by data encryption. Also, your credit card is only required to guarantee a booking. Cancellation within 3 days prior to arrival or no show, will be charged one night stay - Charge includes tax.

What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?

The official Check in time is 14.00pm and Check out time is 12.00pm local Jakarta Time.

What should I do, if I lost or forgot something in my room?

Please contact the hotel directly. Our rooms will be cleaned daily, so that your item probably has been found by our housekeeping team.

What the prices for Extra Bed ?

The costs for extra bed IDR 350.000net include breakfast for 1 person.

Where is breakfast served and what times the breakfast open ?

Breakfast is served daily starting 06.00am – 10.00am at Swiss-Bistro on the 1st floor near Lobby.

Do you offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport?

Yes, we do. The below schedule is for Hotel to Airport.

03:00am-07:00am every 1 hour after 7:00am every 2 hour 09:00am-23:00pm Journey takes 15-20 minutes.
