Earning Mechanics: For every stay booked at an Eligible Rate, LinkMiles members can now earn 3 LinkMiles or 1 LinkMile for every 1 USD spent on the total hotel bill, excluding any taxes and service charges.

Scheme A: Qualifying Room Rate (1 USD = 3 LinkMiles)  

• Rack / Published rates on www.swiss-belhotel.com and www.zesthotel.com  
• Standard / Walk-in rates booked directly at the hotel
• Best Flexible Rates - refundable and non-refundable booked on www.swiss-belhotel.com and www.zesthotel.com
• Corporate and Government FIT (Individual stay) contracted rates 

Scheme B: Qualifying Room Rate (1 USD = 1 LinkMile)

• Discounted Rate: Promotional rates booked on www.swiss-belhotel.com, www.zesthotel.com, Credit Card, Boarding Pass, Tactical or Seasonal Promotion
• Rates booked on www.swiss-belhotel.com and www.zesthotel.com using a discount code               

Qualifying Consumption at participating hotels. Valid only when a hotel room is booked 

• Food & Beverage consumption at Hotel’s managed Outlet/s 
• In-room dining 
• Laundry and dry-cleaning services by Hotel
• A spend on airport transfer managed and provided by hotel-owned services

Non-Qualifying Rates and Spends

(members are NOT entitled for Miles)

• Inter-company or employee discount rates  
• Zero rates as a result of frequent traveler rewards            
• Complimentary, free, or barter bookings
• Gift Certificates or other awards or discounts 
• Wholesale, package, tour operator, meetings, events, conference rates
• Group rates (for bookings of 10 rooms or more)
• Travel industry staff rates 
• Long stay rates 
• Bookings or other revenue booked via Third Party Channels (Online Travel Agents) 
• The bookings coming through any channels that involve a commission to be paid               
• Any spend on Food & Beverage or other services consumption which is discounted or on promotion.
• A spend on a 3rd party managed outlet
• A spend on airport transfer by 3rd party      
• A spend on laundry and dry-cleaning services by 3rd party.
• Any other services provided by 3rd party associated to an SBI hotel will not be part of total spending.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Guest must be a valid LinkMiles Member
2. Bookings should be made via www.swiss-belhotel.com, www.zesthotel.com or directly to the hotel
3. Blackout dates apply
4. Valid until 31 January 2026
5. LinkMiles member shall earn Miles credits only when a hotel room stay is part of the total hotel bill and that such Member is occupying and earning of such mileage credits shall be limited to one room per stay for a maximum of 14 consecutive nights at any participating hotel.
