We regret that we couldn't provide baby cots.

Yes, high chairs are available in the restaurants.

Are your hotel rates per room or per person?

Our rates are based on room usage.

Can baggage be stored at the hotel whilst I travel to another location in Indonesia?

Off course it is possible. We will give you luggage tag to avoid any lost-baggage possibility.

Can I connect to the Internet from my room?

Yes, we provide Wi-Fi access in all hotel area.

Do you have 24 hours room service?

Our room service open at 06:00 AM until 22:00 PM for last order.


Do you have a tour desk where I can book excursions during my stay?

We don’t have tour desk incharge at our hotel. But our staff can help you to find some travel surronding hotel’s area.


Do you have any special packages for honeymoons and anniversaries?

Yes we have for more info you can contact rerceptionist.


Do you have hairdryers in the rooms?

We have 3 room types, they are King Suite, Junior Suite, and Deluxe. For both Suites room, we provide still-stand hairdryer at their bathroom. Menawhile for Deluxe room, hairdryer would be available based on request.

Do you have pet restriction policy?

Yes we have, pets are prohobited brought in any hotel area.

Do you have rooms with a bathtub?

Yes, we have.

Do you offer an airport transfer service?

Yes we do with additional charge 250.000/one way.


Do you provide a service for late check-out?

Yes based on available and based on regulation, it would be chargeable.

Does my room reservation require any guarantee?

Yes it does. We validate 4PM and 6PM release reservation engine.

Does the internet rate include breakfast?

We have two options, include and exclude. We put all the remarks at them and let our customer choose their preference.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?

Please contact the Reservations Department at least three days prior to your arrival. Please note that you must be booked on a “flexible rate” type as “advance pre-paid” rates are non-refundable.

How do I get to the hotel?

From the Airport, it costs only 45 minutes.

How far is the hotel from the Beach?

It takes only 15 minutes to Mentari Kenjeran beach.

How far is the hotel from the downtown shopping areas?

To Galaxy Mall only takes 5 minutes and we provide free shuttle from Hotel to Galaxy Mall and the returned way.

How far is the nearest hospital to the hotel?

We have three big hospitals. Catching each of them only takes 7 minutes.

How many people can stay in one room?

2 person as standard. By adding 1 extra bed, each of our room is able to accomodate 3 person.

Is a babysitting service available?

Yes, we provide babysitting service on request.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?

Yes it is with the terms and conditions applied.

Is there a safety deposit box available at the hotel?

Yes, safety deposit boxes are available in each rooms.

Is there a swimming pool in the hotel?

Yes there is.

Here in Surabaya, we have wide options of tourist destinations and attractions as Heritage Tourism, Religious Tourism, Museum and Monument Tourism, Shopping Tourism, Environment Tourism, Culinary Tourism, and City Park Tourism.

What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?

Check in starts at 02.00PM, Check out at 12.00PM.

What types of rooms are available in the hotel?

We have King Suite, Junior Suite, and Deluxe.

Where is breakfast served and at what times?

Breakfast available at barelo start from 06:00 AM until 10:00 AM, during pandemic we share into 2 batch.


Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?

The biggest public bank is BCA and it takes only 3 minutes by walking.
