• Wholesale, package, tour operator, meetings, events, conference rates.
• Group rates (for bookings of 10 rooms or more).
• Travel industry staff rates. 
• Long stay rates. 
• Bookings or other revenue booked via Third Party Channels (Online Travel Agents). 
• The bookings coming through any channels that involve a commission to be paid.  
• Any spend on Food & Beverage or other services consumption which is discounted or on promotion. 
• A spend on a 3rd party managed outlet .
• A spend on Airport transfer by 3rd party. 
• A spend on Laundry and dry-cleaning services by 3rd party.
• Any other services provided by 3rd party associated with an SBI hotel will not be part of the total spending.
