Our parking system now features state-of-the-art terminals that accept both Touch ‘n Go cards and Debit Cards (Visa or Mastercard) and we are committed to providing you with the best value. Our parking rates are designed to be economical and straightforward. Monday-Sunday and Public Holidays: RM 6.00 for the first 2 hours RM 3.00 for every subsequent hour RM 10.00 flat rate per entry for F&B and event guests RM 5.00 flat rate per entry per night for in-house guests RM 50.00 penalty for any lost card Note: 15 minutes passing through (Pandu Lalu) is not chargeable. Special Rates for In-house Guests In-house guests enjoy a special rate of RM 5 per night, which covers a 24-hour period (e.g., 7:00 am – 6:59 am the next day). If you need to leave and return during your stay, please ensure you validate your card at the Front Office before exiting to avoid standard hourly charges. Convenient Parking for Dine-in and Event Guests Dine-in and event guests can take advantage of our flat rate of RM 5 per entry. Simply enter through the parking bar and validate your card at the Front Office before exiting to benefit from this rate. If the card is not validated upon exit, normal hourly charges will apply. The customizable layouts ensure every detail is designed to impress, with a capacity to accommodate up to 600 guests in a theatre setting and 400 for a banquet.

The Straits Meeting Rooms on Level 7 provide seven versatile spaces designed for everything from small interviews to large conferences. The highlight of the floor is the combined Straits 3, 4, and 5 hall, a grand venue with 5-meter ceilings and a built-in LED screen that hosts up to 300 guests. When used individually, these three rooms remain highly flexible, each accommodating up to 130 people for breakout sessions or private meetings. The remaining rooms offer specialized environments to suit any event need. Straits 1 and 2 are conveniently located near the guest lifts for easy access, while Straits 6 sits at the end of the foyer for added privacy, complete with its own portable projector. Finally, Straits 7 serves as a secure boardroom or secretariat space for smaller groups. Together, these rooms form a modular event hub that adapts effortlessly to both intimate gatherings and major banquets.

The combined Peninsular 1 and 2 halls accommodate up to 500 guests theatre-style. They are versatile for various events, including banquets and exhibitions. Located on the same floor as the Grand Ballroom and swimming pool, these halls feature an air-conditioned foyer connected to the swimming pool foyer, offering guests an open-air, naturally lit, poolside environment.
