Are you conducting temperature scans for staff and for guests?

Yes we are. Our guests and staff are required to go through mandatory temperature check prior to entering our hotel.

Is there medical assistance available at your hotel?

Yes there is. We have a doctor on call and are in contact with authorized hospitals for any medical assistance.

If my booking includes a meal plan (e.g. breakfast), can I opt for having my meal in-room instead of the restaurant?

Yes you can. Should the restaurant remain close, all food and beverage orders (covered) are delivered to the guest room for their convenience.

Are individually wrapped food options available?

Yes it is. All food and beverage orders are individually covered prior to delivering to our guests.

Are there social distancing measures taken at the hotel?

Yes there is. Designated floor markings and queue stands are in place in our Front Office to follow the social distancing measures. Banquets, meeting rooms, restaurants, bars and lifts are also arranged in accordance to this protocol.

Is the guestroom kept vacant for a certain time between guests?

Yes. We follow the guidelines in this regard to ensure the safety of our guests and collaborators.

What is the Protective equipment provided to guests?

There are available extra face masks (at a charge), gloves and hand sanitizer in the Front Office for guests use.

Does the staff wear personal protective equipment like masks and gloves?

Yes they do. All of our team members (front and back of the house) are required to wear all protective gears while carrying out their daily duties.

Is the hotel cleaned with disinfectant and extra sanitization in place?

Yes it is. We follow a strict protocol from the Ministry of Health to ensure that our hotel adheres to the hygiene and security measures all the time. Hand sanitizers are placed in every high-touch points of the hotel. We abide by our NO MASK, NO ENTRY policy (a placard is placed on the hotel’s entrance doors). As an International chain, we follow all sanitary measures.

Can I cancel or change my reservation if my plans change?

Yes you can. As part of our #WeReassure campaign, we promote flexible stays, which means that you can amend/ cancel your reservation or request for late check out (subject to period or availability) at ease.

As we do not want to hire a car is there transport available from your hotel or nearby for transfers to the circuit?

Yes , BIC they will organize the transport from the hotel to BIC and from BIC to hotel but we do not have any schedule yet .
They will provide to all the hotel according to that we will display at our lobby.

Do you provide lunch buffet and could you also provide me a list of dishes?

The lunch buffet will be an assorted Mediterranean salads & starters including cold and hot Arabic Mezze.

Complete your meal with our delicious meat, fish and vegetarian dishes - a choice of international cuisine and homemade pastries and desserts.

Where is breakfast served and at what times?

Breakfast is served at Swiss-Cafe Restaurant starts from 6am to 10am.

Do you have inter-connecting rooms?

 Yes we have two types: Junior Suite connected to a Deluxe room and a Deluxe room connecting to Superior room.


What is the star rating of your hotel?

The hotel is 4 star deluxe.

Do you serve alcohol?

Yes serve alcohol in the hotel.

Can I pay cash on checkout?

Yes you may pay cash upon check-out.

Will you charge my credit card at the time of reservation?

No credit card is required as guarantee only for late cancellation and no show. We do however charge your credit card if you book any rate that requires prepayment at the time of booking. Check the rate terms and conditions.


How far is your hotel from Seef Mall/City Center?

The hotel is 2 minutes walking distance from Seef mall and 5 minutes drive from the city center.

Do you have a Jacuzzi?

Yes we do have Jacuzzi located on the 10th floor near the pool area.


Do you offer apartments?

No we have guestrooms and suites as hotel with no kitchenettes.

What time is check in and Check out?

Check-in is at 3:00pm and Check-out at 12:00 noon.

How much is your breakfast?

9 BHD net per person.


Do you have a swimming pool?

Yes our outdoor swimming pool located on the 10th floor with breathtaking city view.


Do you have a Spa in the hotel?

Yes Glow Salon & Spa is located on the Mezzanine Floor.


Do you have a bar in the hotel?

Yes B28 Bar Lounge & Grill is located on the 28th Floor (opens Mid-June 2015).


Do you provide a complimentary shuttle from the airport?

No, however we can arrange airport transfers at the rate of 10BD per car, per trip.
