Are we able to add extra bed in our room and how much does it cost?

Yes, the extra bed costs IDR 400.000Nett per bed per night include 1 person breakfast.

Are your hotel rates per room or per person?

Our hotel rate is charge per room.

Can baggage be stored at the hotel whilst I travel to another location in Indonesia?

Hotel guests can use the storage facility at Swiss-Belresort Pecatu free of charge if they spend at least one night at the hotel. However, guests will not be allowed to store the baggage whilst they travel to another location in Indonesia.

Can I connect to the Internet from my room?

Yes, WiFi is available in each room and all hotel area.

Do you have a pet policy?

We regret that animals are not allowed in the hotel.

Do you have a tour desk where I can book excursions during my stay?

No, we don’t have. We have 24 hours reception available who can assist for tour information.

Do you have hairdryers in the rooms?

Yes, hairdryers are available in each room.

Do you offer an airport transfer service?

The hotel offers airport transfer with additional charge.

Yes and subject to availability, additional charge is applicable after 12.00 at noon.

Our hotel can be reach about 25 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport by taxi.

How far is the hotel from the Beach?

2 kms away from the hotel, takes around 5 minutes by car to Dreamland Beach.

How far is the hotel from the downtown shopping areas?

Sidewalk Jimbaran, Cinepolis & Gourmet Sidewalk Jimbaran only 6,1 km approximately 20 minutes by car from our hotel

How far is the nearest hospital to the hotel?

Bali Jimbaran Hospital – 20 Minutes (8, 8) km by car. Udayana Hospital – 20 Minutes (8, 8) km by car.

How many people can stay in one room?

Our room can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children (under 12 years old) using the existing bed.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?

Yes, subject to room availability.

Mandiri Bank is located at Uluwatu Street Ungasan and about 4kms from our hotel.
