Do you have family room?

No, we don't have family room however we have interconnecting room and subject to availability.

Can I connect to the Internet from my room?

Yes, our front desk will give you the username and password for the Wi-Fi access upon check in.

Do you have an interconnecting room?

Yes, We have connecting room in every floor, subject to availability. One room with Double Bed and other with Twin Bed, you should request for connecting room while make a reservation.

Do you have fitness centre ?

Yes, Our fitness centre open from 6am to 10pm.

Do you have hairdryers in the rooms?

Hairdryers are available by request.

Do you have rooms with a bathtub?

Yes, bathtub are available in Grand Deluxe, Suites and President Suite.

Do you provide a newspaper?

Yes, we provide local newspaper in every guest's room and in the lobby.

Do you provide a service for late check-out?

Late check out is subject to availability and late check out until 5pm at a charge of 50% from room rate.

Is there a minibar in the room ?

Yes, mini-bar are available in each room.

Is there a swimming pool in the hotel?

Yes, there is an outdoor pool and open from 6am to 6pm.

Is currency exchange available at the hotel?

No.

Is there any shuttle provided from or to the airport?

No however we can arrange an airport transfer at a cost of IDR131,000 nett each way per car.

How far from the airport to the hotel?

9km which is a 30 minute drive.
