Are cots available?

Yes, cots are available free of charge, subject to availability.

No, extra beds are not available at the property.

Are gatherings allowed?

There is a strict no-party policy at the hotel. Visitors must vacate the property by 9pm at the latest.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed. There is a $100 charge per stay per animal, with a maximum of 2 animals per room. All animals must be fully house-trained and of friendly character. Our pet policy applies.

Can all rooms have split beds?

All Deluxe and Deluxe Studio rooms can have split beds. Please get in touch with the property directly for any special requests.

Do I have to guarantee my room with a credit card?

Yes, your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking. However, payment can be made with cash or a different credit card upon check-in.

How many bathrooms are in a Two Bedroom Suite?

Our Two Bedroom Suite has only one large bathroom.

How many people can our suites accommodate?

Swiss-Super-Studios can fit up to 4 adults, the Two Bedroom Suite fits 3 adults, and One Bedroom Suites fit 2 adults.

Is early check-in available?

Check-in time is 2pm. Early check-ins are subject to availability and might be charged extra.

Is late check-out available?

Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Please check with reception upon check-in.

Is late check-out possible?

Late check-out after 10am is possible but subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

Is parking available?

Secure underground parking is subject to availability and bookings are essential. It costs $15 extra per night, and there are height restrictions of 1.8-2.0 meters to be considered.

Is room service available?

Dinner is served from 5:30-9:00pm at the restaurant, and room service is available during these hours.

Is smoking allowed in the property?

No, our property is 100% non-smoking.

Is there an airport transfer service?

Taxis and Uber are available directly at the airport.

Is there any room deposit required?

Upon arrival, full payment for the room and car parking (if required) is due. An additional $100 pre-authorization on a credit card is taken, or a $200 cash bond.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in your rooms as well as in the lobby area.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 10am.

What are the reception hours?

Reception hours are from 7am/8am to 10pm. An after-hours Duty Manager is available on call.
