The non-smoking guarantee is a based-on availability at time of reservation. If a guest requests a non-smoking room at time of reservation and we are unable to honor the request at time of check-in, we will upgrade the room to the next non-smoking room category. In order to qualify for the guarantee, the non-smoking preference must be included within the reservation.
