Swiss-Belhotel Solo, ID


My stay at Swiss-Belhotel Solo was truly wonderful. It started with a warm welcome from the lobby security and the reception staff during check-in. The welcome drink served by the lobby staff was very refreshing. When we first entered our room, we were amazed by the special greeting prepared for my child, which made both my child and my wife very happy. The room was spacious, clean, fragrant, and felt absolutely perfect. The view from our room was also beautiful, overlooking the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Thank you to the Housekeeping team for preparing our room so well. During breakfast, we were offered a wide variety of international dishes as well as traditional Solo specialties. The restaurant staff were very friendly and provided a comfortable dining experience. The chef was also very friendly; despite the restaurant being crowded, he remained smiling and even gave us some food recommendations. The F&B Leader in charge was also very welcoming and always greeted us with a smile, even during busy hours. Thank you to all the staff at Swiss-Belhotel Solo for giving our family such a memorable and enjoyable holiday experience. We will definitely come back again!

Spacious room and excellent service


Valero Grand Suites by Swiss-Belhotel, PH


What stands out is the excellent customer service - from the receptionist to the guards, housekeeping, nurse, lifeguard, and cafe staff. they are all a pleasure to work with - seems they are happy and well-suited to this line of work - very proactive and even the leaders are not hesitant to roll up their sleeves as needed. it was visible they have good people training here. initially i thought our stay will already be good value for money but it ended up being more given the new year’s eve celebration and cocktails. this trip is truly worth it and will forever be part of our core memory.
