- Children aged 1–10 years enjoy a 50% discount from the ticket price paid.

- Children under 1 year old are free of charge, limited to 1 child per 2 parents.

- Tickets purchased are non-refundable.

- Payment will not be returned in case of cancellation.

- Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

- Purchased tickets can be exchanged for physical tickets on event day by showing the transfer receipt and reservation code sent via WhatsApp.

- Tickets must be presented upon entry to the event area.

- Participants joining the Costume Contest must register during ticket check-in by providing their name and reservation code.

- Costume contest judging will be conducted by the organizing committee, and all decisions are final.
