We are in the heart of Jakarta, right by the city’s CBD, known as the Golden Triangle; a hub for business and finance as well as restaurants, shops and entertainment. The nearest airport is less than 10 km away with the Jakarta Convention Centre a short drive away.

Are you close to the Theatres/Entertainment venues?

There is a XXI Cineplex in Epiwalk (500 meters). Complimentary shuttle service from 9:00 – 18:00 is available.

We can set up one of our boardroom as office space depending on your needs.

We can provide basic secretarial support services. For specialized needs it may be necessary to employ an outside company. Please contact the business center to discuss your exact needs.

We offer WIFI in all guest room.

The tap water is not potable. Complimentary drinking water is provided in all guest rooms.

Swiss-Café

Located on the 1st floor, this is a contemporary style restaurant with indoor and outdoor poolside seating. The Café overlooks the swimming pool. With its central location, it is the ideal place to grab a quick bite or a complete meal. Our kitchen serves handpicked creations from the four different parts of Switzerland and also boast Asian evergreens.

No. All guest rooms have a cubicle shower.

Are King size beds available in the rooms?

We have Queen, Twin or Hollywood Twin (bed separate beds together).

Do you have twin, triple and quadruple rooms?

Our 2 bedroom units can accommodate up to 4 people in existing beds.

Do you offer a room rate for short stays (day use)?

Day use of the rooms is available.

Can I have a late check-out?

Subject to availability, It is possible to have a late check out. Please note that, for check out after 18:00, an additional room night will be charged at the regular room rate.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?

It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room from the night before.

What are the standard check in and check out times of the hotel?

The standard check-in time is 14:00 and check out is at 12:00 noon. However, if you are arriving earlier then we make every effort to ensure that a room is available for you.

Does the internet rate include breakfast?

Do you have a pet policy?

We regret that animals are not allowed to stay in the guest rooms.

How many people can stay in one room?

Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of two people. Two Bedroom units can accommodate 4.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?

To cancel your booking without incurring any charge, please contact the Reservations Department at least one day prior to your arrival. You will then be given a cancellation number. Please note that you must be booked on a ’Flexible’ rate type as ’Advance Pre-Paid’ rates are non-refundable.

Does my room reservation require any guarantee?

All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.

Are your hotel rates per room or per person?

The rates charged are per room.

What types of rooms are available in the hotel and what are the differences between the different categories?

The hotel has three categories of room, deluxe, grand deluxe and 2 bedroom junior suites.All room are located from 7th to 32nd floor, 12 rooms per floor. All our rooms are equipped with wireless broadband internet access, tea and coffee-making facilities and comfortable beds with duvets.Grand Deluxe rooms are more spacious than Deluxe rooms while the 2 bedroom junior suites offer two separate bedrooms, one with a queen and one with 2 twin beds.
