Earn AirAsia Points with Every Stay

AirAsia members will earn 3 points or 1 point for every USD 1 spent on their hotel bill (excluding taxes and service charges) when they stay at any participating Swiss-Belhotel International and Zest Hotel properties worldwide and pay the eligible rate.

Scheme A : Qualifying  Room Rate ( 1 USD = 3 Points )
(Members are entitled for points) 
• Rack / Published rates on
• Standard / Walk-in rates booked directly at the hotel
• Best Flexible Rates - refundable and non-refundable booked on
• Corporate and Government FIT (Individual stay) contracted rates

Scheme B : Qualifying  Room Rate ( 1 USD = 1 Point )
(Members are entitled for points) 
• SBEC Members Rate
• Discounted Rate: Promotional rates booked on, Credit Card, Boarding Pass, Tactical or Seasonal Promotion
• Rates booked on using a discount code

Qualifying Consumption at participating hotels.
Valid only when a hotel room is booked
(Members are entitled for Points) 
• Food & Beverage consumption at Hotel’s managed  Outlet/s
• In-room dining
• Laundry & Dry-Cleaning services by Hotel
• A spend on airport transfer managed and provided by hotel-owned services

Non-Qualifying  Rates and Spends
(Members are NOT entitled for points) 
• Inter-company or employee discount rates 
• Zero rates as a result of frequent traveler rewards
• Complimentary, free, or barter bookings
• Gift Certificates or other awards or discounts
• Wholesale, package, tour operator, meetings, events, conference rates
• Group rates (for bookings of 10 rooms or more)
• Travel industry staff rates
• Long stay rates
• Bookings or other revenue booked via Third Party Channels (Online Travel Agents)
• The bookings coming through any channels that involve a commission to be paid 
• Any spend on Food & Beverage or other services consumption which is discounted or on promotion
• A spend on a 3rd party managed outlet
• A spend on airport transfer by 3rd party
• A spend on laundry and dry-cleaning services by 3rd party
• Any other services provided by 3rd party associated to an SBI hotel will not be part of total spending

Terms & Conditions:
1. Guest must be a valid AirAsia Member
2. Bookings should be made via, or directly to the hotel
3. Blackout dates apply
4. Valid until 1 August 2025
5. AirAsia member shall earn points credits only when a hotel room stay is part of the total hotel bill and that such Member is occupying and earning of such mileage credits shall be limited to one room per stay for a maximum of 14 consecutive night at any participating hotel
