With an area of around 20,000 square metres, Trans Studio Makassar is the world's third-largest indoor theme park. Opened in 2009, this expansive, 12.7-hectare site is part of the Trans Studio World Project, which includes Trans Walk, Rodeo Drive, Trans Studio, Trans hotels, the offices of Mega Bank, a shopping mall, supermarket, office area, recreational beach area, residential area, upscale and fast-food restaurants, a great gym with an ocean view, an air-conditioned cinema, Fireflies lounge, and a multitude of luxury brand shopping venues.
