Yes, we have.

Do you have rooms with a bathtub?

Yes, bathtub is available at Suite Room.

Does your hotel have tour package to Mt.Bromo or Ijen Crater?

We regret that we don't provide tour package in Swiss-Belinn Tunjungan however our Swiss-Belinn Malang provide tour package to Mt.Bromo.

Do you have bathtub in your room?

Yes, bathtub available at Junior Suite and Premier Suite only.

Do you have extrabed or baby cots available?

We regret that baby cots are not available in our hotel however extrabed are available with limited numbers and chargeable IDR 200,000/room/night include breakfast.

Do you have lunch or dinner buffet at your hotel?

Yes, but it is not provided everyday. Based on reservation for above 20 pax for lunch and 30 pax for dinner.

Do you have meeting room available?

Yes, we have 6 meeting rooms (DIAMOND ballroom 203.5 m2, EMERALD and RUBY 30 m2, JADE 54 m2).

Do you have Wifi access in the room?

Yes, free Wi-Fi available in all hotel area include in guest's room.

Do you offer an airport transfer service?

Airport Transfer will be chargeable for IDR 220.000 by Avanza per car per way and Innova IDR 260.000 per car per way.

Does my room reservation require any guaranteed payment?

Yes, credit card or bank transfer are required to guarantee the reservation.

How do I make the reservation at your hotel?

Reservation could be made by offline direct through prhone and email to the hotel or Travel Agent, Online Travel Agent etc.

How far is the hotel from airport?

It is approximately 45 minutes driving.

How far is the hotel from the downtown shopping areas?

Tunjungan Plaza approximately 5 minutes, Genteng Market and Grand City Mall 10 Mınutes from the hotel.

How far is the nearest hospital to the hotel?

The nearest hospital is Siloam Hospital about 15 minutes by car and clinic about 15 minutes.

Is there any facility available at the hotel?

Yes, there is. We have Spa, swimming pool and fitness center.

Is there early check in and late check out for free of charge?

For early check in and late check out are chargeable and subject to availability.

What types of rooms are available in the hotel?

Swiss-Belinn Tunjungan Surabaya have Deluxe Room 23m2 (twin and queen ), Grand Deluxe Room 25m2 (Queen only), Junıor Suite 35m2 (King only) and Premier Suite 49m2 (King only).

Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?

It is approximately 5 minutes the currency exchange located at Tunjunga Plaza, and ATM Centre also available.
