Swiss-Belhotel Woollongabba Brisbane, a leading international midscale hotel known for its commitment to hospitality excellence, is seeking an experienced and passionate Receptionist - Guest Service Agent to lead our dynamic front office team.

Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for front office operations including reception, guest services, concierge, and night audit
Ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes and handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate financial and occupancy reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Self managed a majority of the time requiring a confident attitude.

What We're Looking For:
Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment preferred.
Able to shift work across a 7 day roster including public holidays and weekends.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
IT literacy, experience in hotel property management systems valued (preferably Protel Air or similar).
A guest-first attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
Australian work rights required at time of application.
Training will be provided for hotel management systems proficiency.
