his is a full-time on-site role based in Brisbane, QLD, for a Hotel Manager. The Hotel Manager will oversee daily hotel operations of a 110 room Urban CBD hotel, Swiss-Belhotel Woolloongabba Brisbane, including staff management, guest satisfaction, and ensuring the property runs smoothly. Responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising customer service, optimizing sales efforts, Guiding F&B, and coordinating front desk/receptionist duties. The Hotel Manager will work closely with all departments to maintain high operational standards and hospitality experiences. This is a role that works to the flow of the business and as such will be rostered on a Tuesday to Saturday shift roster.
