- Lead, manage, and supervise the engineering and maintenance team to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil systems.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and statutory requirements.

- Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving and sustainability initiatives.

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs, projects, and annual maintenance contracts.

- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, maintenance schedules, and technical reports.

- Respond promptly to emergencies and breakdowns to minimize operational disruptions.

- Support renovation, installation, and upgrade projects from planning to completion.

- Maintain accurate records of equipment, inspections, and maintenance activities.
