Key Responsibilities:

- Take full responsibility for the assigned kitchen section (e.g., hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, grill).

- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards.

- Ensure food preparation meets hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.

- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning and daily kitchen operations.

- Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen helpers within the section.

- Maintain proper stock levels, minimize wastage, and report shortages when necessary.

- Ensure correct portion control and consistent taste and presentation.

- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.

- Support the kitchen team during peak service hours.
