Guests have the option of starting their morning with a continental or hot buffet breakfast served between 5:30 and 9:30 am. In the afternoons and evenings, unwind from your day of mountainous adventure with a meal from our delicious international and local ‘a la carte’ menu to suit all palates. Our international menu proudly offers fresh-food excellence in Chinese and Western cuisines, and includes our famous Pizza and Tenderloin steak. For local dishes, we have the extremely popular Nasi Goreng Istimewa (Fried Rice), Sop Buntut (Oxtail Soup) and popular Ambonesse food such as Papeda and Ikan Kuah Kuning (Plain Sago served with yellow herb fish soup).
For a casual bar, there is Lucipara Lounge where you can unwind from your day with a long cool drink or one of our tempting cocktails with a snack. From 8pm to midnight, Monday - Saturday, enjoy the great live music on offer in relaxing surroundings.
