Located 6km from city center of Singkawang and 30 minutes by motorcycle. Blue Lake or Danau Biru in Bahasa is one of a favorite lake that attract many visitors. Many visitors come to take pictures or just to enjoy the scenery.
The blue color from the lake is attracting visitors to swim, however it is forbidden since the lake contains harmful chemicals. Long time a go, this lake used to clean up mining products especially gold.
