Cancellation based on cancellation policy in your booking confirmation.

How do I get to the hotel?

From Ngurah Rai International Airport to our hotel approximately 30 minutes via Bali Highway with normal traffic.

How far is the hotel from the downtown shopping areas?

Approximately 7 minutes walking distance.

How many people can stay in one room?

Deluxe room for maximum 2 adults and Grand Deluxe for maximum 3 adults.

Is a babysitting service available?

Yes, babysitting is available upon request.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?

Subject to availability and early check-in possible at 11.00 am.

Is there a safety deposit box available at the hotel?

Yes, safety deposit boxes are available in each room.

Is there a swimming pool in the hotel?

Yes, there is.

What are the local tourist attractions?

Our hotel approximately 15 minutes to the downtown.

What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?

Our standard check-in time is at 14.00 and check-out at 12.00 noon.

What types of rooms are available in the hotel?

We have Jacuzzi Deluxe and Grand Deluxe rooms, Deluxe Pool View And Grand Deluxe Pool View, Deluxe Plunge Pool and Grand Deluxe Plunge Pool, Suite.

Where is breakfast served and at what times?

Breakfast is served at Swiss-Cafe Restaurant from 6.30 am to 10.30 pm.

Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?

Mandiri Bank approximately 5 minutes by car from our hotel.

Does the hotel offer special dietary menus?

We have gluten free, lactose intolerant and vegan menus available. Other dietary requests can be arranged.

Does the hotel offer family rooms/connecting rooms?

Yes, we have 13 sets of connecting rooms. Our connecting rooms are only available on our Plunge Pool Rooms. The configuration is 1 King room connected to 1 Twin Plunge Pool Room.

Please note that our connecting rooms are based on the availability.

Are the plunge pools private?

Each plunge pool room has access to its own semi private pool, but they are not private.

Is jaccuzi private.

A. The jacuzzi is on the balcony and whilst most are not viewable from the outside, some are viewable from the surrounding houses.

Do you have airport transfers?

Yes, however a charge will apply and you need to send an email to our reservation team to confirm your airport transfer. Please send your booking number and flight details to resvsrwj@swiss-belhotel.com

Is the hotel near the beach?

We are within 10 minutes walk to Sanur beach, where there are beach chairs available for hotel guests.
