Training – The team is honored to have invited the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) to conduct a training session last May 19, 2026, for our Supervisors and Managers at Valero Grand Suites by Swiss-Belhotel. The training focused on the proper procedures in handling employee disciplinary actions, due process, proper documentation, employee relations, and compliance with Philippine labor laws. It was a meaningful learning session that strengthened our leaders’ understanding of fair, professional, and responsible people management.
