Are baby cots available for the rooms?

We regret that baby cots are not available in our hotel

Are we able to add extra bed in our room and how much does it cost?

We are provide extra bed IDR 300.000nett per night include breakfast for one person

Are your hotel rates per room or per person?

The rate charged are per room although the cost may be differ slightly for triple occupancy

Can baggage be stored at the hotel whilst I travel to another location in Indonesia?

Guest able to use storage facility at Arion Swiss-belhotel Bandung free of charge if they spend at least one night at the hotel. However, guest will not be allowed to store the baggage whilst they travel to another location. Unfortunately, the storage facility is not available for non-guest.

Can I connect to the Internet from my room?

Yes, free WiFi is available in all rooms and hotel area

Do i have to guarantee my room by credit card?

Yes, credit card details is required for guarantee, or it can be paid by cash upon check in

Do you have 24 hours room service?

Yes, our room service is available for 24 hours

Do you have a tour desk where I can book excursions during my stay?

We regret currently we don't have in-house tour desk, however we are able to make recommendation according to your needs

Do you have any special packages for honeymoons and anniversaries?

Yes, we have special package for every guest who need for special occasion.

We regret that pets are not allowed in the hotel

Yes, we have. Bathtubs are available in Junior Suite and Presidential Suite

Do you offer family room?

Yes, we have Family Suite that stretches 65 square meters over two levels, with 3 beds—1 king-sized bed on the lower floor and twin beds on the upper floor. 

Does my room reservation require any guarantee?

All room reservation is require a credit card guarantee

How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?

To cancel your booking without incurring any charge, please contact the reservation department at least one day prior to your arrival. Please note that you must booked on ‘Flexibel Rate’ type as ‘Advance Pre-Paid’ rates are non-refundable

How do I get to the hotel?

Husein Sastranegara international Airport is adjacent to Arion Swiss-belhotel Bandung, it takes about 25 minutes by driving

How far is the hotel from the downtown shopping areas?

It takes about 25 minutes by driving (approximately 3 kilometer) from our hotel

How far is the nearest hospital to the hotel?

RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung approximately 2km from hotel

Is it possible to check-in earlier?

It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however it is depend on availability and cannot be guarantee

Is there a safety deposit box available at the hotel?

Yes, safety deposit boxes are available in each room

Is there a swimming pool in the hotel?

There is one outdoor swimming pool, located on the 5th floor on the rooftop. Open from 6 a.m to 8 p.m

What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?

The standard check-in time is at 2 p.m and check out time is at 12 noon

What types of rooms are available in the hotel?

The hotel has 6 room categories : Deluxe, Business, Business Suite, Family Suite, Junior Suite and President Suite. But only Deluxe and Business room that can be booked through our website

Where is breakfast served and at what times?

Breakfast is served at Swiss-Cafe Restaurant on the 1st floor from 6am to 10am with Asian and American Cuisine

Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?

The nearest bank is about 10 minutes by walking (Danamon Bank, Bank Artos), for currency exchange about 20 minute by driving.

Are your hotel rates per room or per person?

The rates charged are per room although the cost may differ slightly for triple occupancy. 

I will stay with my kids, is there any additional charge?

Kids are free of charge by sharing bed with parents and additional charge for breakfast applied.

What are the opening hours for your pool?

Our pool is open from 8am to 8pm.


Do you provide tea making facility in your business room?

Yes, we provide tea or coffee maker in every room type


Do you offer any airport transfer service?

Yes we provide a shuttle service (pick and drop off) from Airport Husein Sastra Negara Bandung or Train Station Bandung.

Airport Transfer from or to Bandung Airport, its chargeable IDR 125.000nett/car/way.

Bandung Train Station Transfer is free of charge.

When booking please provide us the name of your airline, flight number, arrival time and how many persons). Please request our pick up service at least 3 days before you arrive.
