Yes, we do.

We regret that we don't have room with direct access to Swimming Pool.

What is the bedding in the room?

Our room is only for 2 persons, additional fee may apply for additional person.

Can we have inter-connecting room with two double bed?

For connecting room is available at one room with double bed connect to one room with twin bed only. 

Do i have to guarantee my room by credit card?

Yes credit card details is required for guarantee or it can be paid by cash upon check in.

Do you have pool bar?

Yes, we have Chadis Rooftop Bar in our swimming pool area.

Do you have room with balcony?

No, we don't have room with balcony.

Do you offers Family Rooms?

We regret that we don't have Family Rooms, however we have interconecting rooms*.

How if we arrive at the hotel at the midnight or the day after?

Kindly inform us your estimated arrival time, in the order to we can keep your reservation


Do you provide bath towels or do i need to bring my own?

We provide bath towel 2 pcs in each room.


How far is the hotel from the Beach?

We are just a block away from the beach, it takes about 7 minutes walk to Legian Beach.


What are the local tourist attractions?

Our location is in the middle of touristic attraction with great beach, lots of great shops, restaurant, bars and nightlife.

 


How far is the hotel from the downtown shopping areas?

It is around 25 minutes by taxi without traffic jam in famous KUTA Beach. (cost depending on travel time and exact destination, approx. IDR 80,000 – 100,000)


Can baggage be stored at the hotel whilst I travel to another location in Indonesia?

Hotel guests can use the storage facility at the Swiss-Belinn Legian free of charge if they spend at least one night at the hotel. However, guests will not be allowed to store the baggage whilst they travel to another location in Indonesia.

Unfortunately, the storage facility service is not available for non-guests


Can I connect to the Internet from my room?

Yes, free WiFi is available in all rooms and hotel area.


How far is the nearest hospital to the hotel?

2 kms away from the hotel. It takes around 20 minutes by taxi. There are 2 hospitals: SILOAM Hospital and BIMC Hospital.

 


Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?

Currency can be exchanged in authorized money changer next to our hotel. The nearest bank is located a 10 minutes walk away.

 


Do you have a tour desk where I can book excursions during my stay?

There is tour desk available in lobby area.


Do you have any special packages for honeymoons and anniversaries?

Special packages are available for guests celebrating a special occasion.


How do I get to the hotel?

I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport is adjacent to Swiss-Belinn Legian. By car, the hotel is just a 8.4 km from Airport.


Do you have 24 hour room service?

Yes, we do.


Is there a swimming pool in the hotel?

There is one outdoor swimming pool, located on the 6th floor on the rooftop facing to Legian beach, ideal during the sunset. Open from 9am to 10pm.


Where is breakfast served and at what times?

BaReLo™ Restaurant on the ground floor from 6.30 am to 10.00am


Are baby cots available for the rooms?

Baby cots are available on request.


Are high chairs available in the restaurants?

Yes, we do have high chairs available in our restaurants.


Do you have rooms with a bathtub?

Yes, we do in all Junior Suites only.


Is a babysitting service available?

Yes, we have babysitting service available on request. Please inform us at least 1 day in advance.


Is there a safety deposit box available at the hotel?

There is a safety deposit box in every guest room. There are also safety boxes available at the Front desk. They are available free of charge.


Do you provide a service for late check-out?

Late check-out until 18.00 hrs is possible, at a charge of 50% from room rate.


Is it possible to check-in earlier?

It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room from the night before.


What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?

The standard check-in time is 2pm and check-out is at 12noon.


Do you have a pet policy?

We regret that animals are not allowed in the hotel.


Does the internet rate include breakfast?

All room types can be booked with or without breakfast.


How many people can stay in one room?

Our Deluxe guest room can accommodate a maximum of three people. Please note that the third bed will be a rollaway bed. But our Superior room only accommodate a maximum 2 person, children below 6 years old can share bed with parents.


Does my room reservation require any guarantee?

All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.


How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?

To cancel your booking without incurring any charge, please contact the Reservations Department at least one day prior to your arrival. You will then be given a cancellation number. Please note that you must be booked on a ’Flexible’ rate type as ’Advance Pre-Paid’ rates are non-refundable.


Are your hotel rates per room or per person?

The rates charged are per room although the cost may differ slightly for triple occupancy.


What types of rooms are available in the hotel?

The hotel has 3 room categories: Superior, Deluxe, and Junior Suites. All room categories can be booked through our website.


Do you offer an airport transfer service?

The hotel offer airport transfer with additional charge of IDR 200,000 per way and IDR 225.000 on midnight inclusive of refreshment and drinks.
