Key Responsibilities:

- Identify new business and hotel management opportunities
- Build relationships with owners, developers, and industry partners
- Conduct market analysis and support expansion strategies
- Manage development projects and management agreement discussions
- Represent the company in networking and industry events

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in business development, preferably in hospitality
- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills
- Good understanding of hotel operations and market trends
- Able to manage multiple projects and work independently
- Strategic, organized, and target-oriented mindset
