Sous Chef - Asian Cuisine:
- Must be expert in Asian cuisine. Must have worked in 4*/5*hotel in a the same capacity for at least 2 years or a Junior sous chef who is ready to take up a new challenge.

- Candidate – must have work experience in a 4*/5* star international hotel chain in the same position for at least 2- years or 3-4 years as Asst Reservation Manager.
