General Manager

Director of Sales & Marketing
Responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of sales and marketing and public relations with the goal of maximising revenues and profits to agreed budgets by working closely with desired business accounts, group reservations and OTAs to ensure optimum sales and profitability.

Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all Housekeeping and laundry departments with the goal of ensuring overall cleanliness of the Hotel, guest rooms and all public areas. Also responsible for controlling expenses to agreed budgets while coordinating preventive maintenance, room projects and capital expenditure needs, enforcing operating procedures and policies, training and development, inventory control, and the enforcement of health and safety compliance.

• Good financial management skills
• Ability to organise and lead complex projects

Financial Controller

Swiss-Belhotel International is currently recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Financial Controller with strong leadership ability and hotel pre-opening experience. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring financial stability and profitability of the Hotel by overseeing all accounting functions including, but not limited to compliance to local legislation, budgeting, accounts payable & receivable, payroll and purchasing procedures.

Desired Education, Skills and Experience:
• Graduate of a BS Accountancy required.
• Certified Public Accountant required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position Department Head level progressive Hotel experiences with strong background of Finance.
• Strong track record as a Financial Controller or Chief Accountant.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives; and creative problem solving skills are required.
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills.
• Enjoy working, active, alert under pressure and doing multi-tasking.


Executive Housekeeper

Swiss-Belhotel International is expanding rapidly and we are recruiting for an Executive Housekeeper responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all department under your supervision with the goal of ensuring overall cleanliness of the Hotel, guestrooms and public areas. The successful candidate is also responsible for controlling expenses to agreed budgets while coordinating preventive maintenance projects and enforcing operating procedures and policies and the enforcement of health and safety compliance.

Desired Education, Skills and Experience:
• Graduate of a 4-year degree required.
• A minimum of 5-years experience in the same position is required.
• Demonstrable track record as Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor in an international Hotel for at least 5-years.
• Excellent presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Familiar with all areas of housekeeping operations and related operational components and equipment.
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills.


Chief Engineer

Swiss-Belhotel International is currently expanding its portfolio of International brand Hotels and is currently seeking, strong and experienced Chief Engineer with hotel pre-opening experience who is capable to take on the vigorous and demanding challenge of opening a new hotel. The successful candidate is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of Hotel maintenance with the goal of maintaining and maximizing working order of the Hotel, equipment, building safety and security systems, FF&E, preventive maintenance and capital expenditure needs.

Desired Education, Skills, Training and Experience

To be successful in this role, you MUST have:
• Graduate of a Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any 4-year related course.
• Registered Licensed Engineer required.
• Extensive experience in Engineering management.
• Minimum 3-years of experience in the same position or strong track record as Chief Engineer or Engineering Manager.
• Sound strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
