Swiss-Belresort Tuyen Lam, Dalat – Vietnam

Swiss-Belresort Tuyen Lam, Dalat, one of Vietnam’s finest, golf, leisure and business resort, is seeking for experienced Executive Housekeeper, Front Office Manager and Food & Beverage Manager, to oversee the efficient management of its 156 rooms and to ensure that occupancy and revenue are maximised at all time.

Director of Sales & Marketing
Qualification:
- Graduate of a Hotel Management or Marketing degree desired.
- Minimum of 3-years of experience in a leading Sale and Marketing role in a hotel.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching and counselling skills.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Strong financial management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to organise and lead complex projects.

- Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, PPT, and industry related solfware desired.
- Must be fluent in English, conversational local language desired.



Front Office Manager
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Hotel Management degree desired.
- Minimum of 2-years of experience in the same position or strong track record as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in the Rooms Division of a hotel for at least 5-years.
