Swiss-Belhotel International named top hotel performers for 2009 and 2010 in the recently concluded 2010 General Managers Conference held in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Swiss-Belhotel Papua and Swiss-Belhotel Borneo Samarinda were awarded Hotel of the Year 2009 and 2010 respectively. Diaz Yonadie of Swiss-Belhotel Papua was voted General Manager of the Year 2009; and Josef Woelfle of Swiss-Belhotel Changchun, General Manager of the Year 2010.

Executive of the Year 2009 was given to Senior Vice President James Tam; while Senior Vice President for Operations & Development-Indonesia & Malaysia Emmanuel Guillard received the Executive of the Year 2010.

Recipients of Presidential Award for Passion, Professionalism and Loyalty were:
Gloria Llamas, General Manager of Swiss-Belhotel Lotus Lake; and Jose Martin
Coelho, General Manager of Swiss-Belhotel Resort Masirah Island.

Swiss-Belhotel International Chairman and President Gavin M. Faull was pleased with the hotels’ achievements for the past two years, commented: “I am proud of how the team personifies passion and professionalism in the properties. We give due recognition to hotels who have excelled and showed improvements in pre-defined key performance indicators.
