Swiss-Belhotel International has been appointed to manage and operate Swiss-Belinn Pluit, which is in North Jakarta, Indonesia. Mr. Emmanuel Guillard, Swiss-Belhotel International's Senior Vice President of Operations and Development, recently signed an MOU for Swiss-Belinn Pluit with Mr. Sunoto Soemarno, Commissioner of PT Sinar Asia Propertindo, owner of the hotel.

The latest addition to Swiss-Belhotel International’s rapidly growing portfolio in Jakarta,                     Swiss-Belinn Pluit is ideally located in the busy commercial district of Pluit, North Jakarta. Featuring a modern and stylish architectural design, the 150 room, 3-star international hotel is due to be completed in 2014.             
Swiss-Belhotel International has also revealed that, including properties under development, the Group has over 95 hotels and projects worldwide. Mr. Guillard stated, “We are proud of being chosen to manage this promising new property situated in one of the busiest commercial areas of Jakarta.
