Hailing from Bremen in Germany, Mr Mayland graduated in restaurant management from Rübekamp Hotel School and has focused much of his 27 year hotel career on F&B. Mr. Mayland has held senior hotel management positions in Indonesia, Thailand, Emirates, China, Nigeria, Sudan and Pakistan. His broad international experience includes the positions of General Manager (Dubai), Director of Operations (Karachi), Operations Manager (Asaba), Food & Beverage Manager (Khartoum), Director of Food & Beverage (Shanghai), Assistant Food & Beverage Manager (Bali).
