The property, a 196 room condotel will be the first property in Bintan to be managed by Swiss-Belhotel International and adds yet another property to the rapidly expanding Indonesian portfolio of Swiss-Belhotel International. The MOU was signed by Mr. Edwin Ng, CEO & President, Stareast Sejahtera Group and Mr. Emmanuel Guillard Senior Vice President, Operations and Development, Swiss-Belhotel International. Executives and staff of Stareast Sejahtera Group and Swiss-belhotel International attended the signing ceremony. Designed by award winning architects Megatika International, construction of this new property will commence in 2012 with completion due in late 2013. Featuring 196 guestrooms, a rooftop swimming pool, meeting rooms and a range of other international class facilities, the condotel will occupy a one hectare site just 100 metres from the beach.
