General Manager Swiss-Belhotel International has appointed Mr. Indra Kemal as Opening General Manager of Swiss-Belhotel Merauke, Papua, Indonesia.
Opening in November 2011, Swiss-Belhotel Merauke adds an exciting new property to the rapidly growing number of hotels, resorts and serviced apartments currently managed and operated by Swiss-Belhotel International. Swiss-Belhotel Merauke will be the largest international four-star hotel in Merauke, Paua and only 10 minutes away from Mopah Airport.
With more than 25 years experience in the hospitality industry and the winner of a number of awards, Mr. Kemal has held senior management positions in international four and five star hotels in Indonesia. Graduating with Special Recognition from Trisakti Hotel Management and Tourism Academy (University of Trisakti) in 1976, he has studied at Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration Ithaca, New York and has participated in a number of international seminars and training programmes in Indonesia, Hong Kong, Singapore and the Philippines.
