29 July 2011 Swiss-Belhotel Internationalcontinued its expansion in the Asia-Pacific Region when Chairman and President, Mr. Gavin M. Faull signed a Management Agreement with Mr. Nguyen Ba Hoi, Vice Director of Khoi Nguyen Investment & Construction Company Ltd recently in Vietnam. Swiss-Belhotel Phan Thiet is a beachside luxury property being developed in the scenic Ke Ga area in Ham Thuan Nam District, Binh Thuan Province. The five-star resort hotel will feature 48 serviced villas and 30 condominiums in Phase I, and 200 villas in Phase II. Builtin French architectural style, the property covers 10 hectares and includes a 300 meter private beach.Swiss-Belhotel Phan Thiet is scheduled for opening in June 2012.
