Swiss-Belhotel International Chairman and President, Mr. Gavin M. Faull has announced the appointment of Mr. Alexandru Dorus as General Manager, Swiss-Belhotel Golden Sand Resort & Spa, Hoi An, Vietnam.

Mr. Dorus has over 15 years of management experience in the hospitably industry, gained from various 5-star international hotels in Romania, Russia, Ukraine and Egypt. He holds a Masters Degree from Cornell University S.H.A. and is fluent in English, French, Italian and Russian.

Mr. Faull stated “I welcome Alexandru to Swiss-Belhotel International and Swiss-Belhotel Golden Sand Resort & Spa. With his knowledge and experience, he will be an asset to the Group and to the Resort.”

The resort has 212 rooms including 76 Deluxe Rooms and 16 Ocean View Suites with beautiful views of the South China Sea. Among the many first class facilities of the resort is the popular Scentuals Spa, which offers a variety of signature spa treatments and massages. Equipped with 9 single and 2 double/couple treatment rooms, as well as separate male and female steam baths, saunas, jacuzzis and showers, Scentuals Spa also offers a range of beauty care services. The resort’s 150 metre swimming-pool is one of the largest in Vietnam.
