Swiss-Belhotel International Bolsters Customer Commitment With Personalised Online Chat Service
HONG KONG, CHINA: Global hospitality management company Swiss-Belhotel International has announced the launch of an innovative 'Live Chat' feature on the company's website www.swiss-belhotel.com, facilitating instantaneous online interaction between guests and company representatives.

An extension of Swiss-Belhotel International's dedication to providing impeccable customer service, the 'Live Chat' feature enables fast access to comprehensive information about the facilities and services of each Swiss-Belhotel International property.
Swiss-Belhotel Chairman and President, Mr Gavin M. Faull, said he was delighted to be further strengthening the company's reputation as a regional leader in hospitality management excellence with the launch of 'Live Chat'.

Managed by a dedicated team of e-Commerce Account Managers, 'Live Chat' will be manned during office hours, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, providing efficient and convenient customer care.
The 'Live Chat' feature is available in Bahasa Indonesia and English language, with more languages to become available in the near future based on customer demand.
