Regional office positions - Indonesia

We are looking for qualified individuals who are highly motivated, knowledgeable and skilful to join our team as :

1. Regional Director of Sales & Marketing, Indonesia

Main duties and responsibilities:
• Defines the Sales & Marketing strategy in conjunction with the Regional Sales & Marketing objectives.
• Achieve predetermined corporate sales targets (Rooms} as outlined in the Business Plan, as well as to ensure the development of increased Jong-term Regional sales.
• Defines annual program for Regional Sales & Marketing, detailing objectives and budget required in achieving these actions.
• To supervise and be responsible for Indonesia Regional Sales & Marketing team and Hotel Sales & Marketing leaders.
• To manage and achieve revenue generation on a Regional basis. This is an active sales function involving sales calls, contracts and Group negotiations.

Required skills and experience:
• Bachelor's Degree Required in Marketing & Communications, Public Relation. Sales & Marketing or Hotel Administration degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of increasingly challenging Sales & Marketing responsibilities in the progressive hospitality industry.
• Through prior experience, has developed a solid understanding of best practice hospitality operating environments.
• Able to successfully manage in a matrix environment within high levels of ambiguity and complexity; can anticipate future needs and upstream and downstream consequences.
• Able and willing to travel, the extent of which is based on work location and business needs.
• Placement in Jakarta Office.

2. General Manager Relieving

Main duties and responsibilities:
• To be assigned as General Manager or Hotel Manager in-charge in any hotel deemed necessary
• Supervises directly or indirectly the second in command and Department Heads.
• Interacts with Guest and individuals outside the Hotel including, but not limited to current and potential clients, owning company representatives, suppliers, competitors, and other members of the local community.
• Coordinates functions and activities with regional, divisional, and corporate staff as appropriate.
• Develops and implements the strategic plan, marketing plan, budget, training and goals program to ensure an ongoing basis optimum guest satisfaction, sales potential and profitability.
• Ensures highest level of guest satisfaction by providing, quality guest services and amenities within corporate standards.

Required skills and experience
• 5+ years prior experience in the same position.
• Be able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively with Passion and Professionalism.
• Be highly self-motivated, well organized.
• Work within strict budgets.
• Possesses good leadership, people and project management skills.
• Have an eye for detail.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be knowledgeable on computer software and other related software used in the hotel industry.
• Travel required.

3. Regional Executive Chef

Main duties and responsibilities:
• A key leader in our development of the Cuisine, Menus & Programs within F&B
• Recipe & cost control focus, profit orientated.
• To be thoroughly familiar with all corporate F&B  Manual Standards and has a good understanding of regional influence and methods of work.
• To assist all Hotel Executive Chefs & Regional F&B in the indicated field of responsibilities.
• To provide coaching for the Executive Chefs in terms of induction, kitchen organization, menu composition, menu engineering and display philosophy, as well as product development.
• Organization of workshops to communicate brand standards for all hotels. Visits to the hotels to implement standards and provide practical coaching, wth follow-up action plans.
• To inspire Dynamic Culture Team Development.

Required skills and experience
• Bachelor/Diploma degree in Hotel or Culinary or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as an Executive Chef or similar role for minimum 5 years in a complex or cluster properties.
• 10+ years of food & beverage or culinary leadership experience, food service, hospitality restaurant, or similar industry.
• ServeSafe Certified, expert knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) and Food Safety practices and the ability to identify and correct problems in the operations.
• Train the Trainer Certified.
• Ability to assess food production and quality standards accurately.
• Self-motivated to maintain knowledge of current food trends and changes in the industry.
• Placement in Jakarta Office. Travel Required.

4. Regional Food & Beverage Manager

Main duties and responsibilities:
• To assist the RDF&B, Technical Services Division & Pre-opening General Managers in all aspects of outlet & kitchen design layouts and specifications during the planning of future projects as well as renovation of existing operations.
• To support smooth overall cooperation and communication between hotel General Managers, F&B Managers & Technical Services team.
• To support in review manning guides and pre-opening budgets for Food & Beverage service and production.
• A F&B Division Auditing & Reporting leader.
• To inspire dynamic culture team development.

Required skills and experience:
• 2+ years prior experience as F & B Manager.
• 2 years experience International 5/4-Star Hotel
• Hotelier Degree Certificate or Minimum Advanced Diploma from accredited organisation.
• Strong Banqueting experience highly regarded
• ServSafe Trained & Certified within last 5 years.
• Computing skills, Excel, & Microsoft Office.
• TTT – Train the Trainer Certified is preferable.
• F&B Cost MGT, Menu Engineering, Stock Control
• Recruitment & Strong Employee MGT skills.
• Keen developer of Team & People.
• Free Standing experience is preferable.
• English Language / other Foreign languages.
• Placement in Jakarta Office. Travel Required.
