Mr. Yann Fruchart
Senior Group Director E-Commerce

Swiss-Belhotel International has appointed Mr. Yann Fruchart as Senior Group Director E-Commerce to be based at the Indonesia Regional Office in Jakarta, Indonesia

Hailing from The Netherlands, besides his native Dutch, Mr. Fruchart also speaks French, Dutch, English and German, and some Spanish. Mr. Fruchart attended Glion Hotel School, Switzerland where he studied for a Hotel Management Diploma and also a Hotel Operations Diploma. Mr. Fruchart has worked in France, Portugal, the USA, and the UK in various as-pects of hotel operations and management. He has held the senior management positions of Front Office Manager, Training Manager & e-Consultant, Senior Account Manager, Deputy Director Technical Sales, and Area Manager. Based in France as Area Manager for a global on-line hotel booking company, he was tasked with the management and motivation of a team of over 40 account managers, human resources training and development, improving existing areas and setting new areas for acquisitions, and strategic planning.

In taking up his new position as Senior Group Director E-Commerce, Swiss-Belhotel Interna-tional, Mr. Fruchart will support the Vice President in developing and maintaining Swiss-Belhotel International Sales and Marketing Distribution Channels through e-Commerce and IT Infrastructure encompassing Website Development and Maintenance, SEO, Booking Engine, CRM, Reporting, CRS, PMS and Email System. More specifically, he will assume su-pervision of the e-Commerce Department, its programmes and activities, and oversee the development of Swiss-Belhotel International's Internet Infrastructure, and e-Commerce Sales and Marketing Distribution Channels.
