Kuala Lumpur is the cultural, financial and economic centre of Malaysia and the federal capital. June and July are relatively dry, although rainfall can at times be quite heavy. Temperatures tend to remain constant with a maximum of 31 - 33 °C and a minimum of 22 - 23.5 °C.
