Sri Soedewi Orchid Garden is only 3 kms away from Swiss-Belhotel Jambi and can be reach by driving via Jalan Mayjen H M.J. Singedekane for about 10 minutes or more, depends on the current traffic.
Featuring many species of orchids and its own research and development laboratory covering an area of 25,056 sq meters. Sri Soedewi Orchid Garden was built by thoughts from Prof. Dr. Soedewi Sofyan and inaugurated by Ibu Tien Soeharto on 1984.
In this orchid garden you will get spoiled by the beautiful view from more than 53 varieties of orchid included the rare one. Besides enjoying the view, you will also receive knowledge on how to plant and cultivate orchid. Every visitor will get 1 orchid seed to be planted at home.
