AND LAST WEEK WE SIGNED AN MOU FOR A 150 ROOM 4 STAR HOTEL IN BRISBANE WHERE WE ARE INVESTING SEVERAL MILLION DOLLARS IN THE PROPERTY
AND ALSO TAKING A 25 YEAR LEASE ON THIS HOTEL

I AM ALSO WORKING ON A DEAL WITH A VERY LARGE RESORT IN THE SAME AREA

THE YORK BY SWISS-BELHOTEL WHICH WE HAVE BEEN MANAGING FOR 5 YEARS AND IS OUR MOST SUCCESSFUL INCOME GENERATING PROPERTY IN THE GROUP

IS BEING REFURBISHED AND THERE HAS BEEN INVESTMENT OF SEVERAL MILLION DOLLARS IN THIS PROPERTY

WE HAVE EMPLOYED IRENE CHIA AS GROUP DIRECTOR GLOBAL SALES – CORPORATE AND CONSORTIA BASED IN SYDNEY

AND SHE IS ATTENDING THIS CONFERENCE AND WILL BE PRESENTING TO YOU.

WE ALSO HAVE KAZ MAC DONALD BASED IN SYDNEY AS GROUP GLOBAL SALES DIRECTOR – DRIVING THE JAPANESE AND AUSTRALIAN MARKETS.

WE ARE WORKING ON TWO MORE POTENTIAL HOTEL PROJECTS IN NEW ZEALAND

3. MALAYSIA
WE WILL BE ANNOUNCING AT LEAST THREE PROJECTS IN MALAYSIA IN THE NEXT THREE MONTHS

4. PHILIPPINES
A CHALLENGING DEVELOPMENT AREA – BUT HOPE TO BE ABLE TO ANNOUNCE OUR SECOND PROJECT THERE SOON

5. CHINA AND HONG KONG
HOPE TO BE ABLE TO ANNOUNCE A NEW PROJECT SHORTLY TAKING CHINA TO THREE OPERATIONS AND FOUR PROJECTS

WE HAVE TAKEN OVER A RESORT IN ABU DAHBI - SWISS–BELRESORT GHANTOOT
WE ARE WORKING ON MORE OPPORTUNITIES IN THE UAE
WE HAVE SIGNED A FIVE STAR HOTEL IN BANTU, GEORGIA THIS WEEK
WE ARE SIGNING TWO HOTELS IN RIYAD SAUDIA ARABIA AND POSSIBLY TWO MORE IN THE NEXT MONTH
WE HAVE SEVERAL PROJECTS IN OMAN, IRAQ; SAUDIA ARABIA; UAE; WHICH WILL EASILY TAKE IUS TO 15 HOTELS AND PROJECTS IN THE MIDDLE EAST BY DECEMBER 2014
